Where is my voucher?
Life Insurance: If you are awaiting a voucher, please ensure that you have waited 6 months or after you've made your 6th monthly payment, and that your MoneySuperMarket Life Insurance service has been activated. Once the validation period has passed you will receive an email from 'no-reply@giftcloud.com' with access to your reward. If you do not receive this, please contact customerservices@moneysupermarket.com to request access to your registration email.

When will I get my voucher?
Life Insurance: All vouchers are sent after your 6 month validation period or after your 6th monthly payment.
Supersaveclub: All vouchers are sent within your 45 day validation period.
Broadband: All vouchers are sent within your 120 day validation period.
Will the voucher be sent by post or email?
The voucher will be sent to the email address you have signed up with.
Can I change the email address to which my voucher will be sent to?
Unfortunately, no due to security and fraud risks.
Can I exchange my voucher?
Unfortunately, once a voucher has been selected, we are unable to exchange this for a different brand.
When does my voucher expire and/or can I use this in-store and online?
You can find out more about the gift cards available to you if you click on your voucher and then read either the terms, description or redemption instructions. Your reward link will expire within 90 days so please make sure your gift is activated within this time frame.
I’m having issues with redeeming my Amazon.co.uk Gift Card.
If you are experiencing issues with redeeming your Amazon.co.uk Gift Card then the error is most commonly copying and pasting the code. This must be manually entered into http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/css/gc/payment . Then click ‘Apply to your account’. Gift card funds will be applied automatically to eligible orders during the checkout process. You must pay for any remaining balance on your order with another payment method.
