When will I receive my voucher?
Vouchers are issued within 120 days of your Installation date, provided that:
- Your Vodafone service has been successfully activated
- Your purchase was completed correctly through our offer
If you are still within the 120-day period, your voucher is on its way. No action is needed.
Am I eligible for the voucher?
You are eligible if:
- You completed your purchase through the Giftcloud sign-up page
- Your Vodafone service has been activated
- 120 days have passed since the installation date.
To qualify, your purchase must also meet the following conditions:
- You did not leave the Giftcloud sign-up page during your purchase
- You did not use a VPN or ad blocker
- You accepted all cookies when prompted
- You did not apply any other discount or promotion
If any of the above conditions were not met, your purchase may not have been tracked correctly and you may not be eligible for a voucher.
How will I receive my voucher?
Your voucher will be sent by email to the address you used when signing up. Sometimes, these emails can end up in the spam, updates, forums or promotions folders, make sure you check there.
I had issues ordering broadband. Will I still get my voucher?
If you experienced issues during your order, eligibility will need to be reviewed.
Can I change the email address for my voucher?
No, this is not possible for security reasons.
Can I exchange my voucher?
Once selected, vouchers cannot be exchanged for a different brand.
When does my voucher expire? Can I use it in-store or online?

If your code is not working, this is often due to copying and pasting. Please:
- Enter the code manually at: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/css/gc/payment
- Click “Apply to your account”
- Check that you are entering the code in this format: XXXX-XXXXXX-XXXX, Amazon gift codes are usually 14 or 15 characters long.
Your balance will be applied automatically at checkout.
