Where is my voucher?
If you are awaiting a voucher, please ensure that you have waited 90 days since your purchase date and that your TalkTalk service has been activated. If so, please reply to this email address and provide your Order ID and email used to sign up to the offer so we can investigate this for you.

Can I check if I am eligible for a voucher?
Yes of course, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order ID that begins with an N and can be found on your purchase confirmation email.
When will I get my voucher?
All vouchers are sent within 90 days from your original purchase date and after your TalkTalk service has been activated, to the email address provided.
Will the voucher be sent by post or email?
The voucher will be sent to the email address you have provided.
What if I had difficulties ordering my broadband through the site?
Please email email@example.com with your Order ID and we will confirm with TalkTalk if they are happy to honour your voucher. This will be assessed on a case by case basis.
Can I change the email address to which my voucher will be sent to?
Unfortunately, no due to security and fraud risks.
Can I exchange my voucher?
Unfortunately, once a voucher has been selected, we are unable to exchange this for a different brand.
When does my voucher expire and/or can I use this in-store and online?

I’m having issues with redeeming my Amazon.co.uk Gift Card.
If you are experiencing issues with redeeming your Amazon.co.uk Gift Card then the error is most commonly copying and pasting the code. This must be manually entered into http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/css/gc/payment . Then click ‘Apply to your account’. Gift card funds will be applied automatically to eligible orders during the checkout process. You must pay for any remaining balance on your order with another payment method.
