I've sent a gift but it hasn't been delivered yet - what went wrong?

Check that the gift was successfully sent by viewing your Sent Gifts within your account.

If the gift has been sent but not received, check the recipient email account, including the junk folder! If the gift was sent to a friend ask them to do he same.

Sometimes we may experience a high volume of traffic on the website, this may in some cases result in a delay in the delivery of your gift.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the recipient to receive their gift card.
