I've sent a gift but it hasn't been delivered yet - what went wrong?

We would advise that you check to see if the Gift was sent successfully by viewing your Sent Gifts within your account. If the Gift has been sent but not received, we advise you / the recipient to check your junk folder.

Sometimes there can be a delay with the sending of Gifts. Therefore, we advise you to wait up to 48 hours before contacting us for further information. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
