We offer refunds on all our Gift Cards up to a maximum of 14 days. After this time we are unable to offer you a refund. The Gift Card must also not have been used or claimed, in this instance we are unable to refund.
There can be a delay on some of our Gifts, so we recommend you wait up to 48 hours before contacting us. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
