I've accidentally sent a gift, can I withdraw it? Or can I amend a gift once I've sent it?

Please contact us at hello@giftcloud.com with the following information:

  • Your Email Address / The Recipients Email Address
  • The Gift Card(s) which were brought
  • The Value
  • The Date of Purchase
  • And the new email you would like it to be sent to

If the Gift Card was sent to an incorrect email address unfortunatley we have no way of stopping the recipient from using this Gift Card. Please treat all Gift Cards as cash.
