I've accidentally sent a gift, can I withdraw it? / Can I amend a gift once I've sent it?

Please email us at hello@giftcloud.com quoting your order number and the correct email address you would like your gift to be sent to and we will resend it for you. Unfortunately if the email address you have originally sent your gift to is in use we have no way of stopping the recipient from using your gift. Please note gift cards must be treated as cash.
