My payment is not going through?

We are sorry to hear that you are having problems with your payment, some of our Gift Cards can take up to 48 hours to arrive. 

If your Gift Card still hasn't arrived after this time we advise you to try the following steps:

  • Refresh your Cache on your Internet Browser of choice
  • Try an alternative Internet Browser such as Firefox / Google Chrome
  • Make sure that all your payment details match, such as billing address
  • Try a different device such as a mobile or tablet device
